Q: I want to help give back to our field - what is my best way to get involved as a fellow?
A: FMIGS has a number of Committees and different Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that you can get involved in as a fellow. Please read through the different types of Committees and reach out to their chair(s) in order to learn how to get more involved: FMIGS Contacts.

Q: I would like greater resources for research. Where should I start?
A: If you desire to access a research network with monetary support, the SGS FMIGS Fellows Pelvic Research Network (FPRN) may be the route for you. Read through the requirements for submitting a research idea in order to apply for the support of the FPRN.

Q: How do I document my cases during fellowship?
A: The ACGME Case Log System serves as the mandated platform for fellows to enter their cases. Case numbers are monitored by the Program Director, Case Log Committee, and Site Review Committee to ensure that residents meet the minimum graduation requirements for case volume. Q: Will there be Fairs to allow candidates for fellowship to learn more about each fellowship site?
A: Yes, each year we host two days of Fellowship fairs via Zoom. These fairs provide candidates with the opportunity to learn about various programs, engage with Program Directors, and ask questions to aid in their program selection process. Typically held in March and April. Next year's fairs will be scheduled on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

A: The AAGL Grievance Committee serves the purpose of receiving and investigating complaints made under the AAGL Anti-Harassment Policy. Additionally, the Committee is tasked with making recommendations to the AAGL Board of Directors for responsive actions regarding substantiated complaints.
