Webinar Description: The AAGL Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Special Interest Group is excited to host a webinar that will provide education about surgical techniques and adaptations for the pediatric and adolescent patient undergoing minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Course Objectives: At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Implement essential pre-operative considerations when preparing PAG patients for surgery
  2. Provide surgical pearls for optimizing minimally invasive surgical management and minimizing complications for the PAG patient
  3. Review strategies to facilitate a successful post-operative course/recovery period
  4. Identify and address the unique clinical and cultural challenges in providing optimal gynecologic care to PAG patients

The AAGL is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The AAGL designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Diplomates who successfully complete this approved CME activity will receive 1.0 Part IV Practice Improvement credits for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
