Webinar Description: Work related musculoskeletal disorders are highly prevalent among surgeons, which adversely affect individual health and wellness, in addition to depleting the surgical workforce. This webinar will review the importance of surgical ergonomics in terms of preventing disability, career longevity, surgical instrumentation, best practices for cognitive and physical ergonomics, and future directions/innovations within this space.

Course Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:
1. Review the impact and prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders
2. Review surgical implementation
3. Employ best practices for cognitive and physical ergonomics
