Olga Muldoon and Alison Vogell share their journeys as an early practice and a mid-career surgeon toward a Total Practice da Vinci approach to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. They will share their approach to executive, care team, and cross-specialty alignment on building a successful da Vinci program that achieves the Quintuple Aim, and how they’ve leveraged the unified Intuitive Ecosystem to drive their growth as surgeons and the growth of their programs.
