Webinar Description: Treatment of uterine pathology often relies on blind procedures or using enabling technologies to accomplish removal of intrauterine tissue. This webinar explores ways in which resectoscopic-based techniques provide minimally invasive approaches to common intrauterine pathologies and provide for evidence-based effective uterine-sparing treatments.
Webinar Objectives:
1. Discuss hysteroscopic-guided techniques for treating retained products of conception
2. Compare the merits and challenges between the resectoscope and the morcellator for treating intrauterine pathology
3. Describe uterine-sparing hysteroscopic techniques for treatment of early stage endometrial carcinoma
