Webinar Description:
This Webinar is designed with the adult gynecologic surgeon in mind who may encounter adolescent and teenage patients either in regular practice or on-call in the hospital. We will review key differences between pediatric and adult adnexal mass evaluation and management, including pre-, intra-, post-operative recommendations and strategies. The goal is for course attendees is to maximize opportunities to safely perform ovarian-sparing surgery for young patients with adnexal masses (and to know when it’s time to take out the ovary!) using a case-based presentation format.
